Bria Gaber

Bria Gaber is a Partner at BioTalent, leading the US Life Sciences Executive Regulatory & Clinical Search recruitment functions. With over a decade of experience, Bria specialises in placing top-tier talent at the Executive and C-Suite levels within regulatory affairs strategy, clinical development, and medical writing for biotech and pharmaceutical companies. She collaborates with a wide range of organisations, from stealth-mode start-ups to established industry leaders.

Since joining BioTalent in June 2019, Bria has built an extensive network and is known for her commitment to fostering authentic relationships with clients and candidates. Her approach ensures long-term partnerships and mutual success. Outside of work, Bria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she’s proud of her experience at UF during their four national championships. Her fun fact? She once dreamed of being a unicorn, but now she specialises in finding those rare, exceptional candidates.
